Return Policy

We are committed to high standards and step by step protocols are in place to assure the quality of our product before it ships to you.  (If you are unsure of which size you need, please contact us for help before you order. We can usually get your sizing correct using photos and a tape measure.) A general guideline for returns is stated below, but if you feel that there is an exception, please contact us to allow us to make it right.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the order date.  To complete your return we require the order number and receipt.   Please contact us to initiate a return.  You will be responsible for shipping costs, and shipping costs are not refundable. 

After your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment source.  This typically occurs within a few days (depending upon the payment processors).  We may give store credit for returns out of the 30 day window or if the product has been open/used unless it is deemed defective.  If you need to return an item out of the 30 day window, it must be approved before any credit is given.
